My 30 Day Text Challenges are a great way to help you on your mental health journey. Every day, you’ll receive a text from me, providing you with a quote/ image/ video or audio note to give you that extra boost - reminding you to make your mental health a priority.

My challenges are a fun way to help you think about your patterns of behavior, the choices that you make and the type of thoughts which can impact your mental health. Sometimes, a simple message can help get you back on track, allowing you to re-centre, gain some perspective and make the most of that day.

I have designed two challenges: The Anxiety Challenge and The Mental Motivation Challenge. Which will you choose?

The Anxiety Challenge

The 30 day Anxiety Challenge is designed to help you better manage your anxiety. After signing up, you’ll receive up to two FREE text messages a day for 30 days, with prompts, support and ideas to help you.

Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental health diagnoses. Over the last year and a half, many people who have never experienced anxiety, are struggling for the first time. Panic attacks, overthinking, avoiding people and places, insomnia, overthinking, racing thoughts, and feeling stuck are some of the things experienced when anxiety takes over. Take part in this challenge today, alongside professional support from a therapist and the importance of keeping your mind healthy.

The Mental Motivation Challenge

The 30 day Mental Motivation Challenge challenge is designed to help you reflect and improve upon your current mindset. After signing up, you’ll receive up to two FREE text messages a day for 30 days, with a motivational, inspirational or simply interesting quote for you to ponder on.

Mental motivation is about developing a stronger state of mind, one that is agile, constructive and emotionally intelligent. In a modern world where people are often pre-occupied, remember that there is nothing wrong with going at your own pace to think things through. Reflect on your ideas, goals and aspirations - how can you make a change for the better? It’s all too easy to get stuck in negative thinking traps, develop poor patterns of behavior, or to make choices because they’re familiar. Use this tool alongside professional support and guidance from those you trust, there’s no better time to make a change for the sake of your mental health.
