GET FREE SUPPORT FOR 30 DAYS…

I have set up this 30 day challenge as a tool to help you better manage your anxiety. After signing up, you’ll receive up to two FREE text messages a day for 30 days, with prompts, support and ideas to help you.

Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental health diagnoses. During Covid, more people are experiencing anxiety and many with anxiety are noticing an increase in symptoms. Panic attacks, overthinking, avoiding people and places, insomnia due to overthinking, racing thoughts, and feeling stuck are some of the things experienced when anxiety takes over.

Are you ready to take control of your anxiety? All you need to do is fill in the form to start!

60 Msgs/Month. Msg & Data rates may apply.

You have to agree on terms in order to proceed to the subscription.

This 30-day challenge will support those experiencing anxiety. This does not take the place of therapy but will help you learn easy tasks you can practice daily that may help reduce anxiety symptoms if practiced regularly. If your anxiety symptoms are negatively impacting your ability to work, attend school, take care of your health, manage relationships or take care of your daily needs, we encourage you to seek professional help.

What to expect:

Each day you will be given a challenge to focus on for that day. These will be in the form of videos for the first 8 days, then followed by a mixture of written, audio and images to guide you through. This will be an easy, fun, learning tool.

What do you have to lose?? Except maybe the anxiety! I’m so excited to start this journey with you!

(Please note, after unsubscribing, you will not be able to resubscribe)

Not sure if you’re having anxiety?

I’d recommend taking the GAD-7 questionnaire to find out. The GAD-7 test is a free online self-assessed patient questionnaire, used as a tool to measure the severity of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). By filling out the online form, participants can establish a baseline understanding of the severity of their symptoms.
